Impact of remote and hybrid work on lifestyle behaviours

The study aims to investigate the impact of hybrid/remote working on a range of health-related behaviours, particularly physical activity, sitting time, diet and sleep.

Requirements

  • People in either part-time or full-time employment, working at least 3 days per week
  • Adopt a hybrid method of working, or work 100% remotely.
  • Have no underlying health conditions that prevent them from undertaking their usual working and daily routine
  • Are aged between 18 – 65 years old
  • Own a smart phone, and willing to download and install a basic diet monitoring app (Nutritics)
