Undergraduate students and home study routines - an online interview study

20 February 2025

Are you a full-time UK undergraduate student? Do you study at home for at least two hours, twice a week? If so, would you be interested in helping us test out a new way of improving students’ home studying routines by increasing movement and reducing or breaking up sitting time to potentially benefit productivity? Participation involves two online interviews one week apart, two short online questionnaires before these interviews, and one questionnaire to be completed when signing up.

Requirements

  • Current full-time undergraduate student studying at a UK university (please note you will be required to provide your university email address to sign up for the study)
  • Aged 18 years or above
  • Study at home for at least two hours, twice a week
