Investigating exercise in depression & comparing inflammation, brain function, cognition and mental health between people with and without depression.
Requirements
- Ages 18 - 60.
- Must not have any neurological diseases
- Must not have a current or historical diagnosis of any mental health disorder
- Must not be pregnant
- Must not regularly take anti-inflammatory medication
- Must not exercise >30min/week
