Food4Life - investigating food intake across the life-course

We would be very grateful if you could participate in this project as we believe it will help us to understand food intake across the adult life course and how best to communicate diet-related information with consumers.
The final impact of this work aims to promote education and learning in this area to help all ages subsequently incorporate nutritious foods into their everyday lives.
Requirements
- living in the UK
- healthy adults aged 18 years or over
- not following a weight-loss diet or pregnant/breastfeeding
- no food allergies/intolerances
- access to a digital device
