This study aims to investigate whether a growth mindset mediates the relationship between leisure physical activity and academic happiness while examining gender differences and the influence of sport type (team vs. individual) among non-elite athlete university students.

About the researcher

I am a psychology master student writing my dissertation at the University of Wolverhampton. I have personally experienced difficulties throughout my time as an undergraduate student where I sturggled with academic happiness. I want to investigate this area in the hope of shedding some light on this important topic.
