The study aims to find out how your body's natural sleep-wake pattern (chronotype) modulates the impact of 30 minutes of moderate exercise, performed either in the morning or afternoon, on inflammation levels and appetite regulation.

- Age 18 - 45
- BMI 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m2
- Non-smokers
- No underlying health conditions
- Free from injuries

About the researcher
This study is part of a research project supported by Loughborough University. Ms Jiajin Li and Ms Mayada Demashkieh are doctoral researchers at Loughborough University and will be responsible for conducting the study. The study will be supervised by Professor David Stensel - Professor of Exercise Metabolism, and Professor Nicolette Bishop - Professor of Exercise Immunology, both based at Loughborough University.
