Self-compassion & self-efficacy as moderators between trauma & well-being.

31 March 2025

This study seeks to investigate the role of self-compassion and self-efficacy in the relationship between traumatic experiences and mental well-being. To achieve this, the survey questions assess levels of self-compassion and self-efficacy, the impact of traumatic experiences, and overall mental well-being. This research will offer valuable insights into how self-compassion and self-efficacy shape individuals' mental well-being after a traumatic incident.
