Helpful and unhelpful aspects of therapy for intense spiritual experiences

Have you had an intense spiritual, religious or non-ordinary experience that you explored in therapy or counselling? Would you be happy to share your stories and experiences?
The first part of the study is a short online questionnaire (you can opt in to a prize draw for a chance to win a £25 Amazon voucher). At the end of the questionnaire you will be asked if you would like to participate further and which parts of the research might interest you (interview, creative activity, larger survey).
Requirements
- 18 years old or over
- Resident in the UK
- Have had therapy or counselling for an intense spiritual, religious or non-ordinary experience
- Not currently experiencing an acute crisis

About the researcher
I am a PhD research student at Abertay University (Counselling & Psychotherapy Department) exploring the role of therapy for intense spiritual experiences.
