This study aims to explore the experience of customers on the ‘Share a Coke’ marketing campaign of Coca Cola in order to discover the theories underpinning the activities undertaken during the campaign.

This online survey will ask respondents to share their experience on the ‘Share a Coke’ campaign. The respondents answer the questionnaire anonymously, but they can provide their emails if they want to enroll into a £150 Amazon voucher draw. No personal information will be showed in the research report. The research ethics of this study has been approved by a supervisor from Bournemouth University.
