Human Motivation Project

Millions of people undergo some form of psychological assessment each year. Assessment has spread far beyond the traditional educational and mental health settings to include more modern applications (e.g., employee selection and development, career counselling, online dating). This study is of a psychometric nature and its purpose is to advance the assessment of motivation.
